How to change Approval status from Confirmed into Approved?

Hi Wilda, After you have confirm the Purchase Order the status will be change to Confirmed.
In order to change the status to approve you have to perform request change to the PO and make a slight changes to the PO then resubmit the PO for approval.
The status will become APPROVED as long you haven't perform PO confirmation.

Most changes will trigger the approval process again: Delivery date changes, prices, quantities, etc...

A PO is in Approved status prior to being Confirmed. So, you have passed the Approved status already. as Adhha said, in order to get it back to Approved status again, you would have to request change, so that it goes back into draft and then resubmit it again. I don't think an actual change needs to be made to the PO. See link below for full details.
