Power Apps using multiple Dataverse Tables

Hi,

Is it possible to create a power app that has a form/gallery that includes fields from multiple tables? For example, if 'person id' exists in one table but 'identification type' exists in another, can they be linked so that the person id field can be used to navigate to other parts of a person's record? Thanks
