I have set up a buisness process ( a test for now ) there is currnety one in the system but i cant get it so that people can swithc to this process - it does not show on their options to change to this process

Please make sure you have BPF activated and added to the application. You can check this from app designer:
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
