Hi All,

One of our client is using NAV 2016 and as per Microsoft the extended support is ending in April 2026, is there any PAID support by Microsoft after the extended support ends.

Regards,
I have the same question (0)

As far as I know, this isn't supported.
If you want a definitive answer, you can submit a support request to Microsoft.

    Thanks.

No, as per my knowledge there won’t be any official Microsoft support available once extended support for NAV 2016 ends in April 2026. But @YUN ZHU is right — the best option is to raise a support ticket with Microsoft directly, as they may advise if any special paid options are available.

✅ Mark this as the verified answer if helpful.

    Hi Hatimali,

Yes, after extended support ends for NAV 2016 in April 2026, Microsoft does not offer support. Still as mentioned by community members, it's better to raise a support ticket with Microsoft for more clarity.

The reality is that if you have a support contract with Microsoft and can open a support ticket with them directly, then they will still continue to support any version of NAV in terms of 'best help' support. They aren't obligated to produce any new hotfixes or new updates, but if there are any previously existing hot fixes or updates they will provide them to you, and they will always offer their best advices for any ticket created.

If you don't have a contract with Microsoft then your MS Partner does. They can open a ticket for you.
    ;)
