Hide APPS group in D365FO Dashboard

Hi All,

Is there a way to hide this apps by group or individually for specific users? as we've checked that there is no available role or privileged attached to this part of the default dashboard.

Hi Josh,
There is no security attached to the group itself. You will have to restrict access to the apps by their entry point.
You can identify them by entry points that contain "OpenApp."

F&O has security privileges, roles, and duties for the entry points, but the way they're structured varies between the apps.

Hi Josh,

Jonathan is correct about the security. All tiles can be managed using security individually. Each tile is linked to a menu item.

Note that System administrators will bypass all security.

You can also use personalization to hide the tiles.
