Ax 2012 Error 1309 during installation

Hi,

I have been trying to install Ax 2012, , it stuck at the error 1309, which asks to check if the file exists and the user id has rights to access it. I have logged in with domain admin user and the file is at the expected location. Only Management utility have not installed. I was select components client , AOS , Database, Debugger  and Management Utilities , But error occur in the Management Utilities. I was again try to installed and this time select components client , AOS , Database, Debugger  not select management utility and components installed properly.

    NTFS file system has a max of 260 characters. Some extraction software drop files that are too long (with telling you of any errors).

    So, extract it to a folder like

    c:/AX2012

    which is short and should work from experience.

    Otherwise, use the ISO as recommended.

    ps.

    The only reason I would extract is if I wanted to do a slipstream update.

    HI Umash and Munib,

    I have .IMG file and i have extract this file and  after run setup.

    Umash i stoped  the AOS and  try but its not working.

    Munib can i directly extract this file in C folder??
