Cost Amount Not Showing Up For Inventory Counting Transactions

Hello Community,
 
There are some items in my inventory that when counting out will have a cost amount transaction, but when they are counted in the do not appear?  Inventory close and recalculation has happened already and nothing still shows up.  Why?
