where can i find a list from navi for the movement of our stock for a certain period.. could be day to day or by weekly etc...

Which localization database are you using?
We have report 13708 - Daily Stock Movement in India Localization database.
Please check whether it fits your requirement.
there are multiple reports available for inventory movement. you can find out those under finance --> inventory --> reports.
you can also refer Item ledger entry page with desired filtration for quick details. (create view with filters)
