I have been watching the DEX_SESSION table for a client for about two weeks now. Every morning there is one new record added and the sqlsqr_spid is always 58. Is this trying to tell me something?

The Dexterity runtime writes the records during login. The SQL spid will be whatever SQL Process ID has been assigned by the SQL server.
It is common to reuse available spid numbers.
Also the 'sa' user is often given the same spid each time.

Brandon, I will keep an eye on this. I do have SQL jobs at night that import new purchase orders and contracts. In my code I have logs indicating success/failure and I do not see any failures. I am wondering if one of the job just never closes.
Hello Richard,
I found the following blog post that might be helpful. Please take a read through it.
One thing i would also say is if you see this record every morning, do you have any SQL jobs or anything that runs over night every night that could be creating this record? I assume there is an automatic process that kicks off after hours.
I hope this helps!
