ReportIf you use manufacturing with locations and bins, when you create a production order, the Bin Code on the Production Order Header is filled from the "From-Production Bin Code" field on the Location Card.
However, this only happens if the Item's Replenishment System is Production Order. If it's Purchase, then the Bin code is blanked.
Regardless of replenishment System, the Production Order Lines are always filled from the "From Production Bin Code".
I am not sure if this is an error, or there are a good reason for this. I cannot think of a good reason, but that doesn't mean it doesen't exist :-)
Please advise.
