Field service offline publish

We made some changes in offline filters on higher environments; so thought of moving the profile to all lower environments. The profile has been moved with all changes. However, when I publish it, it throws an error. Even if I make a copy of it, I am able to publish but profile itself does not work. 

Any solution?
