Upload Session is Empty and download Session is Transferring data but showing Available Status

Hi ,

I am facing Issue in Retail AX 2012 R3. My all Connections for ASYNC Client, Async Client Configuration tool , Website are connecting properly. When I am Running all jobs and seeing Download and Upload Session history.

1) Upload session Form is Empty and there is no Data in Working folder of upload session so its not transferring records in MessageDB and Channel database.

2) Download session All jobs are showing in Available status but not executing its showing Always in Available Status. But when I am checking in message DB there in -- Download Session Table all jobs came in available status. But not any single record Transferred in Channel Database tables.

Please help me and give me some solution. As its very urgent.

1) Upload session issue- The first upload job always takes times. I have even seen the jobs getting processed after a AOS service restart. Hope you have run the P-001 job to pull the data. Please note that P-001 is not a part of 9999, you need to run it seperately.

2) Did you run the Process Status message job to update the status from message DB to AX DB ?

HI Shafeeque,

Yes i run all jobs and restarted AOS also but it was not coming in Applied status. Even Process Status I also run multiple time.

NOw the issue is resolved and Jobs are applied.:)

Now i am facing other issue in POS Items are not showing ? Even 1040 and 1020 jobs run successfully. Can you suggest me how do I get Items in POS.

Hi Sachin,

Have you made any customization on product items? if yes then you have to make same changes into your channel database as per AOS database changes.

Hi SachinKesarwani,

About the Upload issue, what have you done to solve it? I'm facing the same problem, I've tried to restart AOS, ASyncClient, but Job P is still not working.

HI Sachin,

I am facing the same issue where the download session is available but not getting applied and upload is fully empty.

i restarted the AOS , Run Upload session separately , Also run the Process Message Status multiple time but but Luck....

Can you give a hint how it got resolved?
