I am a CRM Developer, I have done the form and views creations in Model Driven Apps using the Power Apps environment provided inside the CRM.
I would like to do the same development of Forms and Views of model-driven apps manually using Code, Instead of using GUI mode provided by Power Apps.

Is there any Open Source/Paid Tools available to code manually Model Driven Apps.

1. Creating Model Driven App manually.
2. Creating/Editing Forms manually.
3. Creating/Customizing the Views manually.
4. Customize the view like data tables format.

Note:
I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan 2022 (Online)
I have developed the many model driven apps using this environment.

What is the specific requirement to creating Model driven apps with code?

And answers to your questions:

1. Creating Model Driven App manually. - I don't think so CRM has any supported tool for this. You can anyway user power platform to create apps, Try to utilize Power Platform's rich power.

2. Creating/Editing Forms manually- This is as well, utilize Power of power platform.

3. Creating/Customizing the Views manually- View have option to create or edit using tools or code .Net ). Tool we have XRM Tool box.

Microsoft always recommend to use much Out-of-the-box tools and features for application customization and configuration rather any custom built or third party tools.
