Hello,
Ive been looking for the Nav 2016 Finance User Guides, we have some 2013 guides but we need the 2016 guides, any idea where to find them?

There are basically very limited amount of manuals available for specifically NAV 2016. What we usually tell our customers is to use NAV 2013 manuals, as there is no major difference in the functionality and user interface as such between 2013 and 2016 for Financials. As keoma mentioned, MSDN offers help for 2016 version, but if you are looking for the manuals and guides, you can use 2013 version.
Unfortunately there is no 2016 user guides are available. As Jonathan and Alexander mentioned, we normally use 2013 user guides as there is no much different. However for the new functionalities, we do create our own user guides for the customers. If you talk with your Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner, they will be able to help you on this.
Option 2 is using MSDN.

Are you looking for the "Finance Essentials in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016" and "Finance Advanced in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016"?
If yes, these documents are available in the "Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal" (link https://mbspartner.microsoft.com/NAV/CourseResources). I do not know if you can access this as a customer. If not, ask your partner and they may help you.
