ReportOne of our customers is having an issue with gift receipts in their 2012 R2 CU7 instance. They have the receipt format set up to always print, but the gift receipt does not print with the standard receipt. They also cannot select the "gift receipt" option in the journal, as it is greyed out. I have attached a couple of images, one of the receipt format, and one of the journal.
The receipt format is correct identified in their receipt profile, and it is associated with the store in use.
Have any of you encountered this issue before or know of something we may be able to try in order to fix it?
