We are using D365 with Shopify connected. At first, I set up and used Type A orders and Type B orders with one bank account. After that, I divided the Type A order and Type B order banks and updated Shopify, but I forgot to update the different bank account in D365 and could not update it. So, the transactions are linked to the Type A bank account, and the money was actually received into the Type B bank account.

How do I change a transaction linked to a Type A bank account to a Type B bank account GL code?

Please help me out.

Hi,

If the transaction is posted, you can not change.

In this case, you may consder to transfer balances maybe.

I agree with Billur, a good ERP should not allow to change the posted transactions.
