hallo,
can someone help me with this issue?
 
I have tried starting and stopping the environment and clicking the resume button but the error is still the same.
 
error pada step 68 DVT script for service model: AOSService on machine

    As for the error message at this step, I'm confused about showing it to you because it seems like the VM won't turn on? or am I wrong?

    The section you marked is not the actual error. It is a result of an error. The last line in your screenshot is the start of a location where you can find a file with the error details.
