Dashboard Viewing Problem

Hello,

I’m having a few dashboard issues, I created a system dashboard using a combination of system views and charts which I also created. I have published the changes, when I view the dashboard from the front end the chart shows correctly and when I click on the button to view the underlying data the correct data shows.

My colleague can view the dashboard from the front end also and the chart appears and shows the correct information e.g organisations that the user created , but when she clicks on the button to view the underlying data the data displayed does not show the same records as the chart, the view is totally different and I’m not sure why this is? I’m wondering whether there is anything else I need to do to the view or the chart at the backend so that the underlying data shows correctly, any direction would be appreciated?

Thanks
Spaz

    Hi..

Is all users have same role and is there any filters applied on view..

If views has filters on current user or team might be data will be shown differently.

I’ve managed to figure this out now it was to do with the different apps, I needed to add the newly created view to the relevant app.

Thanks everyone for all your help
