Intermittent issues are very difficult to troubleshoot unless you are able to recreate the issue, at which point we would be able to enable some tracing to help determine what might be causing the issue to occur. Best of luck to you.

This looks to be data damage, hard to say what might have caused it to occur, is this something that you can recreate at will? If so, then you could trace the process and see from that if you can determine what might be causing the distributions to be removed from the billing invoice. If it is only occurring on this one, it would be difficult to say what caused the issue to occur without being able to recreate it.
