Employees (user and approver) are unable to open expense report receipts in EP. AP / System admin personnel can see them in EP and the rich client. This appears to be a security issue but we are not able to determine what we are missing. Any help would be appreciated.
Click on link under Description and user gets "Document management directory does not exist"
Click on file name or open document and get a blank web page.
