allow read cases to users owners of activities related

Hi Every one!

I'am implementing "Customer Service" in a company, and i don't know how can figured out one requirement.

They have a security scheme is seted to any user just can read and edit only the cases when he is the owner.
But, in some they cases could assign some activity to other user.
Do you know if exist any way to the user assigned to activity can read the case?

I know that the owner of the case could share the case to other user, but i want to resolve in a way more automaticly, without user has to do anithing previusly.

    Possibly look into Access Team Templates docs.microsoft.com/.../create-team-template-add-entity-form (it is essentially a way to Share without as many clicks)

    Basically you add/remove user to a subgrid on the entity and they get permissions off the Access Team Template (where the user has at least user level privileges).

    Out of the box it is setup on Opportunities (Sales).

    Hi Matias,

    I got your scenario , In this situation your can create either Position or Hierarchy security.

    After that you can provide access according - role bases - read - level wise .

    Hi CKS thats right, but in that case the user could read all cases, and they want to allow read just those cases when a user is owner of a activity related.

    Let me know if you understandme please.

    Hi Matias,

    You have to create a Security Group from Setting option.

    After that you have assign only read option with according to business Unit. it's depend on you wants to check Append option is on in group.
