    Hi Partner,
Of course it's possible! It is possible! Assuming your tenant has enough capacity.
1)Provisioning environments is based on database capacity.
    2)Are there licensing constraints?

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

Yes, it is possible to have multiple production environments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (previously known as Dynamics CRM). Dynamics 365 Sales allows you to set up multiple production environments, each with its own set of configuration, customizations, and data.

However, the licensing for multiple production environments may vary. It is recommended to consult with the licensing guidelines provided by Microsoft or reach out to your Microsoft representative for specific details regarding licensing constraints for multiple production environments in Dynamics 365 Sales.

For Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (previously known as Dynamics AX), the concept of environments is different. Finance & Operations uses the concept of LCS (Lifecycle Services) environments, which are sets of hardware and software configurations for each instance of your Finance & Operations implementation.

However, the licensing for multiple environments in Finance & Operations may have separate considerations, and it is advised to refer to the official Microsoft licensing documentation or consult with a Microsoft representative for accurate details.
