while trying to update in EXCEL , I went with export to excel
after update some data , going into Publish button but it is not activated
how can I activate publish button in excel

What list page did you export to excel / what task are you trying to accomplish? Publish is only available if you are working with something that is connected to a service or on a table directly.
thanks , let me say two task for example all customers and prices discount journal
in all customer will change the name
and in prices journal will change the price
