Retail Store - TRYING TO SET UP OFFLINE PROFILE - SCOPE PROFILE

i want figure out the soultion of this message

1st :- Unable to find a unique Offline table record corresponding to the entered values.

2nd :- set up the profile scope .. not the way or the steps i know that already

but how we feild it, dependent on what...

show me the right way
