Images not showing or populate in Document Template

Hi All,

I am using rich text editor control Text field on the form, In that field I am adding text, Images and files as well..

so I am trying to print or pdf record using Word Document Template but Images and file links not showing in pdf file

at the time of document template creation I used a rich Text field but still its not showing.
