At the moment, the file upload feature in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is available for internal respondents, but not for external recipients. External users cannot upload files through the survey. This feature is still limited for internal usage, so there isn’t a preview or direct method to enable this for external users.
A possible workaround would be to use Microsoft Forms, which does support file uploads, and then combine the responses with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice or Dataverse for analysis. Alternatively, you can include a link to an external service (e.g., OneDrive or SharePoint) for external recipients to upload their files and associate the uploads with their survey responses manually.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
