Reset Alternate Forms and Reports to defaults

Is there any way to reset Alternate Forms/Reports to all default windows and reports? I just recovered a client's databases but when we go to almost any window it says dictionary not loaded. When I check under Forms/Reports nothing is checked.

    Hi Richard

    Run Reconcile on the Security tables to reset invalid security records.

    Administration >> Utilities >> System >> Reconcile >> Security Assignment Alternate/Modified Operations.
