I am getting below error on LocalAgent Installation
LogonUser failed for svc-LocalAgent$. ErrorCode=0x80070569
LocalAgentType_App1: Create user token: Account=DOMAIN\svc-LocalAgent$, AccountType ManagedServiceAccount error = 0x80070569

I stumbled across the same error lately. But in my case it was just the AOS service account which was blocked in AD. Unfortunately it was blocked because the AosPrincipal in the Credentials.json file was wrong. So before creating new accounts it is a good idea to check whether all accounts are active ;)
