Sales comment line already exists...while trying to post shipments

Hi, experts, I am getting the following error while trying to post shipment of an order. I deleted the comment line then too it's the same. Is there any hardcoded/manual way to fix this, please suggest. For example below is the screenshot.

    I believe this is because of customization, can you debug and find the line of code/customization causing the error.

    As Suresh said, it seems to be a part of certain customisation.  If not then you need to debug its then a data issue for sure.
