When trying to setup a new Business Unit. Is not showing
Setup → Organization

Hi Oscar,
You can create a new business unit as follow:
Go to Organisation administration /Setup /Organisation /Operating Units
On this form when you select "New" you will be able to select the "Business Unit" and create it from there.

You can also set it up under the General Ledger/ Setup/ Organisation/ Business units
