I have created a payment model in electronic reportng for a test environment, would you happen to know or guide me to how to quickly transfer this to another test environment?

The usual approach is uploading changes to LCS and downloading them from there in another environment.

Consult the documentation for exact steps - e.g. Upload a configuration into Lifecycle Services.
