hyperlink custom field not going to selected record

Hi all,

I have a form where I have a field l named exception ID  in my table where while uploading the file from XML if there is any validation then it will throw an exception id  and 

I have created a hyperlink for the exception ID   but when i click on the link it goes to the all the error message but the error message does not get filter with the exception id  instead it opens with all the exception id . I have just created a relation with  mytable.exceptionID== exceptionlogTable.exceptionid.

    yes I have defined the relation.

    in the screen shot please see the highlighted part "ERR-000005045"
