Hi, I have a rather strange and probably stupid and banal problem to solve. I have ribbon buttons which opens a custom window that after filling out the appropriate data creates a case form. After opening the window and pressing the F5 button to refresh the window, the form reloads into the window from which it was created, and returns to the parent from which it came. Unfortunately, I can't deal with this problem and I have no idea how to solve it. I will add that it is about CRM version 9 on premise

- What browser are you using, and have you tried different ones ?
- What is the specific version of CRM 9 OnPrem that you are using ?
- Are you using the sdk function openForm or are you using something else ?
