User Not able to get in Talent Environment

Good Afternoon

I'm in the process of setting up an additional user for a client. We've added the user in the Admin portal and the Talent environment. They show up in both places. When I log into LCS, they've been added as a project owner also. I can see the environment, but it doesn't allow us to access it. When they try to log in we're using the following URL Signin.hr.talent.dynamics.com. It's telling us the environment can't be provisioned as to reach out to support. We also tried going in through the Dynamics site. The attract and onboarding modules are showing, but not the demo environment or the live one we created. How do we add Core HR to the main page.

Hi CMSullivan,

Have you tried to fint it thru the LCS-page? You find the project and go to the Talent app management, there you find the instance name and on the right side you have cloud services and "Log on to Talent".
