Send email on case creation with processes

Hello,

I have created a new process for sending an email to an IT account from an admin account when a new case is opened up.

When I check System Jobs, I see that the process is stuck waiting to retry due to an error. Is there a way I can check what the error is?

    Hi there,

    The guidance provided by Mehdi El Amri is great.

    I would think in some possible reasons like : the wf is just waiting to be processed in a few or despite it is in 'waiting' status already failed this can be most like due to mailbox issues or record defined in 'to' field don't have the correct email .

    If there is a failure the Wf will show you it in 'Details' from system job
