Lead Scoring - Missing "less than" or "greather than" operators for Visit Duration Field for Website visited interaction

Hello,

I'm trying to configure a condition in a lead scoring model that uses a web site visit duration to add points if the duration is longer than a certain time.

Unfortunately in the expression I only find "=", "<>" or "contains" operators (see screenshot below):

Could this be a bug? Anyone has a different behavior?

Thank you.

    Thank you Clofly.

If it is "by design", looks like this time the design was not perfect ;-).

Do you think that having the visit time treated as a number instead of a string should be an idea submission or a support request?

    Hi V Hacer,

It seems that data of visit duration is calculated value. In other word, it might be a string type value.

However, only standard date and time field like Timestamp is supported with "greater than" or "less than" operator.

Therefore, it could be by design.
