I have 2 keys defined on a table
1. Enrty No
2 Location , Date

Entry No. is the primary key and that is your default key even if you don't specify the key, that is how the records will sort.
Location and Date is the secondary key and if you want use it you need to specify that using the SETCURRENTKEY and then the records will sort by Location and date.
U mean to say Location,Date will be used only for sorting . If i insert data like this it will accept. Will the Navision accept 4th entry or it will give Duplicate error.
Location Date
ABC 01/04/2017
ABC 02/04/2017
XYZ 04/04/2017
Location and Date is the secondary key, so you can have the duplicates of location date. Entry No. is the primary key which you cannot have a duplicate.
Location Date is secondary Key!!
