Removing blank lines in a Dynamics Workflow

Hi everyone

I've created a Workflow in Dynamics Online which merges a postal address as shown below:

If any of the fields do not contain data (quite commonly the Street 2 and Street 3 fields), then I get blank lines in the address output of the Workflow (the Workflow basically sends out an email). So, for example I would get:

1 High Steet

London
SW1R 5ZZ

What I really want to see is:

1 High Street
London
SW1R 5ZZ

I've read about Regex data, but have absolutely no idea where to put this!

Any help that you could provide would be much appreciated.
