Customized opportunity close form doesn't appear after closing quote

Dear members,

I am experiencing a problem with my Opportunity Close Form. When I close an opportunity directly, the customized Opportunity Close Form appears correctly.

However, when I close a quote from which I also want to close the associated opportunity via the option 'Close associated opportunity' on the Quote Close Form, the 'old' (non-customized) opportunity close form appears.

Could someone please help me to solve this issue?

Hi,

you said if you close an opportunity directly the right form appears and from quote the default form appears is it right? Can you please test to change the order on opportunity forms? Sorry it is only a test....

Hi there, seems this is a product issue behavior under investigation at this momment.

I would suggest to reach Support team to assist it closer.

What browser are you using? Have you tried using incognito window?

If both of these does not work out, create a support request with MS and they will be able to help you. It has happened to me once, none of the above solution was working and then ms fixed something and it was working fine.

It looks like a bug for me. My recommendation - get in touch with Microsoft and open support ticket.
