Transaction by Document Window Hanging/Failing to load

I just migrated a client to GP 2018. The issue users are running into is that the Transaction by Document window will either take upwards of 10+ minutes to come up on screen, or will cause GP to hang, and never pop up. Thus having to force exit out of GP.

The Transaction by Vendor window works as expected with no delays. Has anyone heard of this behavior in GP 2018 or how to troubleshoot this?
