Could someone help me with Leverage setup on Variable compensation plan?
It is said that
- If the department's performance is more than 100 percent, the system adds the percentage that is set in the Per 1% over objective field to the percentage that is set in the Payout at 100% field until the value that is set in the Highest allowable payout field is reached.
=> I entered:
- Percent of basis: 8.333
- Department's performance for 2021: 150
- Per 1% over objective field: 1
=> Expectation:
- Percentage on Compensation process result is: 8.333 + 50 = 58.33
But the actual result is only 8.33
