Web to lead form

Hi,

Before switching to dynamics 365, we used to work with Salesforce and for the lead generation, we used the web to lead forms. I want to know that in dynamics, how can we connect our website's form to dynamic 365 in a way that leads are captured in the CRM platform? What are the options we have? Based on my search, I found out we have two options:

1- using Microsoft form and embed that in our website and then using flows connect it to the dynamics.

2- Using Marketing forms, which act as a web to lead form in Salesforce. The problem is we don't have the marketing adds-on in our system and we only have the sales hub.

Can you explain more?

Best,

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

The ones that you are mentioning are the main ways to build a web form with Dynamics tools. Here a very good article that describes how you can use Microsoft apps to generate leads:

Hi, that's a good article, but I need to know what exactly I should do.

This can also be achieved using Zap Email Parser App.

Most website platforms (eg wordpress) have some kind of ContactUs forms ... which generate an email whenever someone fills the forms. These emails have all information that was filled-in.
Using Zap Email Parser App... you can create parsing rules... which can extract this information from these emails...and create Lead automatically.

That link leads to Dynamics 365 Marketing, but they'd stated that they've got Sales, and not Marketing.

    RE: Web to lead form

It seems that, in this case, it would be more profitable to keep working with Salesforce. They have several tools that you can use to make your website more accessible and more attractive for the leads. We have been working with it for more than three years now, and Salesforce is one of the best companies in the US market for e-shops, websites, and app development and distribution.
Now we mainly do app development and use salesforce managed package to distribute them. This package helps us better manage the apps we provide and protect our intellectual property. Sometimes we use unmanaged packages too, but it happens much more seldom.
