Hello,
We are on GP2010sp2 we have a sales order integration using a 3rd party apps - Sales Pad and Sales Tax Office.
Our AR team wants to Track Discount Avialable in GL under AR set-up options, but when selected the result is an out of balacne sales jouranl as seen below.
I can reset default posting accounts, but during posting these revert back. Has anyone see this before?
The only way I can post a sale order it to uncheck Track Discount Available in AR.
