Reportee (Employee) updates new address, how manager can view

Hi,

Kindly provide your advice on the below scenario.

If a reportee (employee) updates new data like new address or new identification id, through Employee self service screen. How these information a line manager (Reporting to) can view under his/her login role i.e., Manager self service

Hi Sravanthi,

For a few items you can setup a workflow. This can be used so the employee submits this to his manager:

If you don't want the manger to approve, you can auto approve the workflow steps but still use this to inform the manager (for example e-mail notification).

For address change their is no workflow, and no way in D365 HR to inform the manger.

The manager cannot see the address (the private ones) of their employees. As Eric said, he can approve, but he cannot see it if the address is private.

if you have time and budget, you can do it in a Power App (Canvas) and embed it in the Employee Self Service.
