Is there any way to export tooltips data in business central

Tooltips in business central has very concise and meaningful sentences.

I am wondering is there any way to extract tooltip data for all fields in excel for general reading purpose?

    Hello - Looking at my BC install I am not seeing a table that specifically holds this information.
