Dear Team,

Need your quick help.

video calls & chat. It works fine.
But the most important option of AR functionality for annotations is still not available.

Snapshot for your reference.Pl note that we have tested on iPhone11 & iPad.

For android phone window Appears as contact your admin to enable

Please suggest how to fix the issue.

Hi Vijindra,

Remote Assist doesn't currently support a Remote Assist to Remote Assist calling. Instead the Remote Assist application user needs to be answered with the Windows 10 Teams application or the Teams application on Mobile. This will unlock annotations during the call.
