Using physical inventory record page, i get an error when using the function to import from a text file (which has prior been exported from the same page).

  1. use "Export Recording Lines"
  2. fill in the count where there's <,"",>      -->   <,"3435",> using a text editor
  3. save as .txt
  4. use "Import recording lines"
  5. error message: The Element <Quantity> is expected by Min Occurs value: Once. Element received: <PhysInvtRecordLine>.

Here's an example line:

"LAG-INVT-00001","1","10000","ITEM-ID23,"","TENATN-ID","BIN3","Ethernet/LAN. CAT6 shielded 25cm - Cable ID 20","399","STÜCK",""

tried different charsets UTF-8, ANSI and, CR/LF settings without luck.

what can i do here? how can i use the export-import function from the UI properly?

I have the same question (0)

    I am trying to find that specific page and I am unable to locate this.  Is this for On Prem or Saas?

    it's SAAS, usind physical inventory order.

    i solved the problem:

    the "export" is not exporting all empty fields in the end of the line, which causes the "import"  to throw error messages.

    Solution: add the fields manually, at the end of the line:

    "LAG-INVT-00001","1","10000","ITEM-ID23,"","TENATN-ID","BIN3","Ethernet/LAN. CAT6 shielded 25cm - Cable ID 20","399","STÜCK","","","","",""
