On your task, what do you have in the Recurrency tab? Here you have to set the start time and recurrency, then on the Genral tab set a correct start date and start the task. If job queue is ok, what counts now is the recurrency time set on the Recurrency tab.

No of minutes between start = 1 minutes is too few... this is the cause for the change (every minutes it changes). Please increment this value.

    Hi!

Clear field Earliest Start Date/ Time  and set Starting time. When you set Starting date, execute. After this the emails will be sent right away, and from now on they will run periodically at the specified time and date.

    Hi,

as Stefano said, 1 minute between runs for e-mailing is too few. However, at least the first job should've run (and others queuing behind it). What does you Log say? Is there any entry with 'Success'?

The field is No of minutes between Runs. You've set to 1 minutes. Increase this value, then clean the Earliest Start Date/Time and it should work

The queue is working correctly. Now the problem could be SMTP related.
