How to Create JIRA ticket from CRM

Hello,

I am very new to CRM and this is my first project. I would like to know some process on how does that work.

Scenario: I have one type/resource created on CRM and user create request/case to create that resource through PORTAL. We have portal and CRM set up already. Some resource generate through GitHub pull request and some generate through JIRA.

Questions: I would like to add new resource and would like that resource to be created using JIRA ticket (Automation Result), can you please help or send some link that I can refer for this solution?

I am new on this project and someone who has developed this App is no more working with the company. If you don't have answer, then atleast please tell me where to look on CRM because there are similar resource already created.

Also, after research, I found out that we will have write Plugin to trigger JIRA request.

Any help would be appreciated.
