Hi, I have a customer who still use CRM 2011. Currently they don't install email router so their email doesn't integrate to CRM. They ask us if we could integrate email from their customer to their CRM 2011. I've been searching to websites, blogs, Microsoft downloads, and seems the installer has been removed from Microsoft download center. Blogs that I found also referring to Microsoft website but the link it's already dead.
So, do you guys have some backup installer for CRM 2011 email router? I really need this. Would you share your link to me? Thank you very much.

It is true there is no active link at the moment to download both the CRM 2011 setup and all the other RTM resources such as the email router.
Let me discuss this internally and will get back to you on Tuesday.

Ask your customer to update otherwise you will always face these kind of issues and Microsoft will not support as well
